No Hassle Returns

Returns on standard products are gladly accepted within 90 days of shipment with an RMA number issued by us. Returns must be shipped in original cartons via the best possible carrier, freight prepaid. Processing and restocking fees apply accordingly:

Standard Stock Signs in original boxes:

  • Returns from 0 to 30 Days of shipment…a $50.00 processing fee may be charged for each returned unit
  • Returns from 31 to 60 Days of shipment…a 10%-25% restocking fee may be charged
  • Returns from 61 to 90 Days of shipment…a 25%-50% restocking fee may be charged
  • Returns Over 90 Days of shipment…no return accepted
  • Note: Any refund will be issued as an in-house credit and can be applied towards future purchases.

Custom Signs:

  • Custom signs are not accepted for return

No Hassle Claims

If an item should arrive damaged, do not return damaged goods directly to iSIGNS without prior approval. Please contact us immediately for an RMA number. All claims for loss or damage must be filed with the common carrier used for shipment. For damaged shipments involving UPS, please retain the original packaging and notify us immediately for a RMA number. We will promptly contact UPS and arrange for a damage inspection at your location. UPS will return shipments to us after the inspection is completed.
