No Hassle Returns
Returns on standard products are gladly accepted with an RMA number issued by us. Returns must be shipped in original cartons via the best possible carrier, freight prepaid.
No Hassle Claims
If an item should arrive damaged, do not return damaged goods directly to iSIGNS without prior approval. Please contact us immediately for an RMA number. All claims for loss or damage must be filed with the common carrier used for shipment. For damaged shipments involving UPS, please retain original packaging and notify us immediately for a RMA number. We will promptly contact UPS and arrange for damage inspection at your location. UPS will return shipments to us after inspection is complete.
